Our initial letters invariably have a Claim Form attached to them as a draft. This will often produce payment where an ordinary letter will fail.

Fees
We will take some cases on a "no win no fee" basis or under a "discounted fee arrangement."

In a "no win no fee" case you will not pay our fee unless you achieve a success. In a discounted fee arrangement we will act for you at far less than our normal rate. We will only charge you our normal commercial rate if we succeed on your behalf.
